Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Sanjeevani Medicare

At Sanjeevani Medicare, we strive to deliver high-quality products and accurate listings to help you shop with confidence. Every order undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds, but we’re happy to assist you with product exchanges under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

  • Exchange is available only for purchases made on our official website

  • Color differences due to screen settings are not considered valid for exchange

How to Request an Exchange

  • Submit your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at hello@sanjeevanimedicare.com if the product is damaged or incorrect

  • A processing fee of ₹150 per item will be applicable

  • We allow one exchange per order, only for items of the same or higher value

Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange reverse pickup where service is available (2 attempts only)

  • If pickup isn’t possible, you’ll need to self-ship the product to the address below:

When self-shipping, please ensure:

  • Items are securely packed

  • Your Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package

  • All original tags and packaging are included

Once we receive the product and it passes quality inspection, we’ll ship the replacement within 24–48 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Unavailability of fabric or raw materials

  • Listing or pricing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud

Note: Cancellation decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a product is sold and delivered.
Only size exchanges are available as per the policy outlined above.
